REBOUND - ARTS Equity & Recovery Series (#2) - 12/17, Re-imagine San Francisco Through the Arts

Art and culture are represented throughout the Mayor’s Economic Recovery Task Force (ERTF) recommendations. Join us to learn what recommendations came out of the City's ERTF, and how we can use the arts to move forward together.

Your voices were heard. The arts and culture community is represented throughout the Mayor’s Economic Recovery Task Force (ERTF) recommendations. But, the work is not done!

Join us to learn what recommendations came out of the City's ERTF and how we can use the arts to move forward together.

Earlier this year, the Mayor’s Economic Recovery Task Force began developing recommendations that outline how San Francisco’s economy can rebound from the effects of the pandemic. Recently released, these guidelines include efforts that involve and support the arts sector.

This forum will bring together many San Francisco arts networks, organizations, artists, cultural centers, and districts to discuss how we can advance how the arts can play an important role in City recovery and ensure arts and culture thrive.

The event will be kicked-off by Mayor London Breed, includes updates and break-out working groups. Register here, now!

Thanks to the organizations involved in bringing this event to the community: American Conservatory Theater, Arts for a Better Bay Area, Asian Pacific Islander Cultural Center, Chinese Culture Center of San Francisco, Community Music Center, SAFEHouse Arts, San Francisco Opera, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, many more!

* Arts for a Better Bay Area and SAFEHouse Arts developed the Rebound: ARTS Equity and Recovery Series to help connect and support artists and arts and culture workers around issues of recovery, advocacy, and cultural equity and representation. We will manage and navigate the road ahead better TOGETHER.
